Ave Maria Convent, Negombo celebrates the Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus

On June 28, 2024, Ave Maria Convent in Negombo celebrated the Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus with two solemn holy masses conducted by Rev. Fr. Oshitha Bandara for the upper school and Rev. Fr. Kalana Inshara for the primary section reaffirming the faith of the school community. The classrooms were beautifully decorated, reflecting the devotion and embodying the spirit of the feast. Moreover, two students were awarded medals for the completion of their dedicated two-year membership in the Sacred Heart of Jesus Society. The blessings of the classrooms by several priests underscored the unwavering commitment of the school to foster religious values and the spiritual development of the students.
